The PBA season is preparing to return under a bubble concept next month.

The resumption of practice was only given a nod last month but scrimmages and actual games can proceed inside the bubble in Clark, Pampanga once everything is set.

Some players took their free time working out at their respective homes while others focused on parenting, family time, businesses and volunteer work.

Other players admitted that they have to make adjustments before achieving their game shape as well as team chemistry since only cluster training is allowed so far.

Outside of the court, meanwhile, several PBA players took their teamwork and friendship to a test by playing a lie detector drinking game called "Let's be honest" by Youtube channel Rec-Create.

The game is simple: One player would ask a question answerable only by "yes" or "no." The one being asked will be put under a lie detector gadget that would determine the outcome.

The rounds go in pairs with the following players, who all tested negative for COVID-19 prior to the meeting:

Mark Caguioa (Barangay Ginebra San Miguel) and Jayjay Helterbrand (former Ginebra player)

For the first question, the pairs were asked, "Sino sa tingin mo mananalo sa atin, 1-on-1?"

While Jajalon got it right for admitting that it's definitely Thompson who will earn the upperhand with his size advantage, Barroca, Devance and Helterbrand all failed with their choices.

As a consequence, they had to drink a small amount of liquor from a shot glass after getting a sudden electric shock from the lie detector gadget for their "incorrect" answer.

For Question 7, the players were put to a test, "Five seconds on the clock, who should take the last shot, me or you?"

Jalalon, again, got it correctly for giving Thompson the trust of shooting the ball in crucial seconds, same as Dillinger, Pingris, Caguiao, Helterbrand and Chan whom their partners would pay confidence in the dying seconds.
